Job Description
About the position
We’re hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with BCBA-owned practices that prioritize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and real support for clinicians. This means that you won’t be reporting into a large corporate structure – you’ll be working directly with BCBAs who own their practices and have been in your shoes. To kick things off, we’re also offering a \$500 sign-on bonus! This role offers direct BCBA mentorship and support, thoughtful caseloads built by clinicians, flexible scheduling with full-time or part-time options, career growth opportunity with paid trainings and a path to become a BCBA, and empowering work with guaranteed autonomy to think creatively and problem-solve.
Responsibilities
• Work 1:1 with children following individualized treatment plans
• Track progress and communicate with families
• Meet weekly with your BCBA for coaching and support
Requirements
• Active RBT Certification
• Reliable transportation to get to client’s homes
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 or older
• Ability to pass a background check
• Must be available to work M-F 3:30p to 7:30p
• Comfortable moving around, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
