Key Responsibilities
• Supervise a team of BCBA therapists, providing clinical guidance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients
• Implement and evaluate behavioral interventions, adapting plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and clinical psychologists
• Develop and maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to company standards
• Participate in staff training and development, staying up-to-date with current research and best practices in ABA therapy
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, maintaining a high level of quality assurance
Requirements
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
• BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• No MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE ABA therapy
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
