Job Description

Setting: Correctional

Responsibilities:
• Conduct clinical assessments and diagnose mental health conditions of inmates.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to inmates.
• Monitor inmate progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records.
• Collaborate with correctional staff and other healthcare providers.
• Provide crisis intervention and support within the correctional setting.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case consultations.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• Newly licensed are welcome!!
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California
• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.

Contract Role:
• Full or Part Time Employment
• Part-time must work 3 days min
• Weekends are available
• Flexible scheduling options are available, allowing for either 8 or 10-hour workdays.
