Key Responsibilities
• Conduct assessments that are culturally sensitive and strength-based for new clients and families.
• Deliver customized outpatient therapy for individuals and families, tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to support client stability.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning with your expertise.
• Complete billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms promptly.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and fellow therapists to provide comprehensive care.

Qualifications
• Hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related fields.
• Provisional license according to state regulation, if necessary.
• Educational credentials leading to or resulting in professional licensing.
• Passionate and committed to high-quality mental health care.
• Engaged in ongoing professional development, including free supervision and education.
• Thrives in a multidisciplinary team setting.
• Upholds ethical practices and confidentiality.
• Excellent at communication and building rapport with clients and families.
• Efficient in managing time, documentation, and administrative duties.
