Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Plant City location. The BCBA will be responsible for overseeing treatment programs, supervising behavior technicians, and partnering with families to create positive, lasting outcomes. Responsibilities:
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and ongoing evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Supervise and train RBTs and behavior technicians
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and schools to ensure treatment consistency
• Track and document client progress, adjusting programming as necessary
• Maintain compliance with insurance, ethical, and organizational standards
Qualifications:
• Masters degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Passion for helping children with ASD and their families
• Ability to balance a caseload in a dynamic environment
