Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for patients in accordance with the organization's treatment plans and protocols.
Provide compassionate and effective mental health services to patients of all ages and backgrounds.
Utilize strong clinical skills and evidence-based practices to assess, diagnose, and treat mental health disorders.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and other required forms.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement treatment plans for patients.
Continuously evaluate and monitor patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients and their families on mental health issues, coping strategies, and available resources.
Stay up-to-date on industry developments, research, and best practices in order to continuously improve therapy techniques and approaches.
Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all aspects of work, including maintaining patient confidentiality.
Foster a supportive and non-judgmental environment to promote positive patient outcomes.
Communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting a patient-centered approach to care.
