About the Role
The LMFT will provide outpatient therapy services to a diverse caseload, including individuals, couples, and families. You will work closely with our clinical team, therapy leadership, and administrative staff to ensure clients receive high-quality care and a seamless overall experience.
This is a full-time, salaried position based in our Florence, AL outpatient clinic. You will have access to strong support systems, efficient scheduling, and a workplace culture that values growth, teamwork, and clinical autonomy.
What You’ll Do
• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based practices
• Develop, implement, and update treatment plans tailored to client goals
• Complete timely, accurate documentation in our EMR (Practice Fusion)
• Work collaboratively with therapists, NPs, administrative staff, and leadership
• Participate in clinical team meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development
• Maintain compliance with all internal clinical policies and Alabama regulatory standards
• Help foster a culture of patient-centered, trauma-informed care

• Active LMFT license in the state of Alabama (required)
• Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy or related field
• Experience in outpatient or similar clinical environments preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
• Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and cultural competence
• Ability to maintain timely documentation and manage a structured caseload
