Key Responsibilities
• Behavioral Assessment & Treatment Planning: Perform comprehensive assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLLS) to create individualized, data-driven ABA treatment plans.
• Clinical Intervention: Provide direct ABA therapy services, utilizing evidence-based strategies to teach new skills and manage challenging behaviors.
• Supervision and Training: Oversee and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), ensuring treatment fidelity and effectiveness.
• Caregiver Collaboration: Conduct training and education for parents and families to ensure skills generalize across different settings.
• Data Analysis & Modification: Continuously collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and inform data-driven treatment decisions.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation, adhering to the BACB Ethical Code and all professional/legal standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals.
Qualifications Required
• Certification: Must have current and active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Licensure: Hold Arizona State Licensure for Behavior Analysts (if applicable) or be willing to obtain it.
• Education: Possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience delivering ABA services, including assessment, treatment planning, and supervision.
• Skills: Exhibit strong knowledge of ABA principles, exceptional clinical skills, and excellent communication abilities (both written and verbal).
• Other: Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within North Phoenix, along with the capacity to pass a background check.
Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with various assessment tools and curricula; Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
