Schedule Options
We offer flexible scheduling designed to work well for clinicians with daytime commitments.
• Evening Options: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Weekend Options: Saturdays (full-day availability)
Compensation
• $35 – $55 per hour, depending on experience
• Client referrals
• Administrative support for billing, so you can focus on clinical work
Duties
• Conduct thorough intake assessments utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems to establish accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), solutions focused therapy, etc.
• Provide crisis management and crisis intervention services to de-escalate situations and ensure patient safety.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical documentation and detailed records of patient care, assessments, and treatment progress using medical terminology and CPT coding where applicable.
• Provide individual therapy to adolescents and/or adults
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Uphold ethical and professional standards of care
Qualifications
• Associate-level licensure or eligibility (CSW, ACMHC, AMFT, or equivalent)
• Independent-level license (LCSW, CMHC, LMFT or equivalent.)
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
• Ability to work independently while remaining open to collaboration and feedback
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
