This hybrid role blends meaningful in-person client work with remote flexibility. You’ll spend part of your week delivering and overseeing in-home ABA services, while the remaining time is dedicated to clinical planning, documentation, and collaboration from home.

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• Conduct assessments and monitor client progress in home-based settings
• Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs providing in-home services
• Collaborate closely with families to promote consistency and skill generalization
• Balance direct in-home support with remote clinical work and team collaboration

Requirements
