Job Description

Step into an opportunity supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) within educational settings, working directly with individuals from elementary through high school. In this contract role, you'll provide essential behavioral support one-on-one, helping students access their curriculum and achieve behavioral and academic goals.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Delivering individualized interventions following established behavior plans
• Collaborating daily with teachers, school staff, and other clinicians
• Collecting and accurately recording behavioral data for ongoing analysis
• Adjusting interventions as directed by supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Supporting students in both classroom and school environments, promoting positive social and academic outcomes
• Communicating effectively and professionally with educators and families

Ideal candidates will have:
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Relevant state licensure or eligibility (if applicable)
• Previous experience in schools, working within elementary, middle, or high school environments
• Experience supporting students one-on-one, especially those with autism spectrum disorder or related challenges
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Dependability and adaptability within a school schedule
