We are seeking passionate BCBAs who want to practice high-quality ABA in a setting designed for:
• Real-world skill building
• This is more than a new center — it’s an opportunity to help shape the future of ABA programming.
Why This BCBA Role is Unique
Five Filly Farm Partnership
BCBAs will have opportunities to help develop programming that includes:
• Animal interaction and care routines
• Gardening and environmental learning
• Outdoor therapeutic activities
• Movement-based skill building
• This innovative model allows clinicians to expand beyond traditional therapy rooms and create highly engaging, meaningful programming.
Outdoor learning and play areas
• Individualized therapy rooms
• Movement-based therapy spaces
• We intentionally design our environments to support strong outcomes and clinician well-being.
Up to $16,000 yearly bonus based on consistency and clinical quality - No additional billable hours needed
