Job Description

ur clients Develop comprehensive treatment plans and plan evidence-based interventions Train, supervise, and support a small team of RBTs dedicated to your clients Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and the quality assurance team to achieve optimal client outcomes Coordinate with and train caregivers to empower them as partners in their child’s progress

Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):
Caseload: 6 RBT support: 7 RBTs assigned to those 6 clients 6 direct therapists (roughly one per client) 1 therapy room supervisor acting as a lead RBT/assistant to the BCBA

Compensation & Perks (real ones):
