• $19 per hour for non-certified Behavior Technicians
• Guaranteed 35+ hours per week
• Predictable Monday–Friday schedule (8:20 AM – 4:10 PM)
What You Will Do:
• Provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy in a vibrant, center-based setting
• Teach communication, play, daily living, and social skills
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA
• Use evidence-based strategies to help children learn and grow
• Track progress and celebrate meaningful wins (big and small)

• Patient and dependable presence
• Energy and willingness to actively engage in play
• Desire to grow and learn something new
• RBT certification is preferred, but not required. We will support you in earning your certification
• Nails must be no longer than ¼ inch past the fingertip.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, and sit on the floor for extended periods.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs to ensure child safety.

Responsibilities
- •Work with kids
- •As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Elevation Autism Center, you will work 1-on-1 with children ages 1–6 who have received a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder
- •You will be the one helping them build life-changing skills like communication, independence, social interaction, and play
- •Provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy in a vibrant, center-based setting
- •Teach communication, play, daily living, and social skills
