Position Overview:
We are actively seeking a Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) with experience diagnosing Autism Spectrum Disorder to join our team as a 1099 contractor. This role is remote-friendly, with the option for in-person evaluations anywhere in Florida, and is paid per completed evaluation or negotiated hourly rate. You will conduct diagnostic assessments and write reports to help families begin ABA services.
This role has significant long-term growth potential — including the opportunity to transition into a salaried leadership position, launch a diagnostics division, and help lead clinical operations within a rapidly growing behavioral health organization.
What You’ll Do:
• Conduct autism diagnostic evaluations (telehealth or in-person)
• Write high-quality diagnostic reports using DSM-5 and clinical tools
• Collaborate with our intake and clinical teams to support timely service initiation
• Ensure prompt turnaround so families can access care without delay
Requirements:
• PsyD or PhD in Clinical Psychology (required)
• Active Florida psychologist license (required)
• Experience diagnosing Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Familiarity with ADOS-2, DSM-5 criteria, and differential diagnosis
• Strong communication skills and commitment to clinical excellence
