Schedule
• Monday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Tuesday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Thursday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Friday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to a pediatric client
• Implement treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs
• Support communication, play, and early developmental skills
• Collect and document behavioral data during sessions
• Follow behavior intervention and safety plans
• Collaborate with supervising clinicians and caregivers
• Maintain professional and timely session documentation

Requirements Education
• High school diploma or equivalent required
Certification
• RBT certification preferred but not required
• BT candidates will receive paid training toward RBT certification

• Experience in ABA, childcare, preschool, or early intervention is a plus
• Professional, dependable, and compassionate
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Employees working 30+ hours per week consistently are considered full-time.
