Practice Info
• Join an established Sleep Medicine practice of 6 physicians, 6 APPs, and 1 Psychologist
• Practice serves adults and pediatrics in Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell, Ontario, and Baker City
• Outreach opportunities available
• Program continues to develop a regional approach within the Saint Alphonsus Health System

Responsibilities
• Read sleep studies generated through hospital-based sleep labs at Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise and Saint Alphonsus Medical Center-Nampa
• Read sleep studies from the lab at the Saint Alphonsus Meridian Health Plaza in Meridian, ID
• Support sleep studies through partnership with Saint Alphonsus Ontario and Baker City sleep labs in Oregon

Requirements
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
• Successful completion of a Sleep fellowship
• Current board certification or board eligibility in Sleep Medicine
• Experience practicing the full spectrum of sleep medicine
• Obtain Idaho and Oregon medical licensure
• Granting of privileges at SARMC-Boise, SAMC-Nampa, SAMC-Ontario and SAMC-Baker City as needed
• Valid controlled substance registration with Board of Pharmacy and DEA
