Job Description
Job Summary:
Achieving Stars Therapy is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with individuals, families, and caregivers to provide behavioral health services and interventions, as well as to provide guidance and supervision to RBTs assigned to cases.
Duties:
• Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
• Implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs
• Monitor and analyze client progress through data collection
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and caregivers
Requirements:
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB
• Experience working with children with autism
• Proficiency in behavioral assessments and interventions
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with children, families, and caregivers
