Job Description

Pay and Benefits
• $20.00–$22.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience

Position Details
• Position type: Full‑time
• Schedule: Monday–Friday 08:00 AM – 06:00 PM, with optional Saturdays twice per month based on client needs.
• Hours vary based on client needs and scheduling; hours are not guaranteed.
• Start date: Immediate openings available pending successful completion of onboarding and background check.

What You’ll Do
• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center‑based and/or home‑based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self‑help skills to children with autism.
• Work one‑on‑one or in small group settings with clients.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development.
• Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards.

What We’re Looking For
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently.
• Passion for helping children and families.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Position requires a background check, which may include criminal history and driving record reviews in compliance with applicable laws.
