Job Description

Healing Palms Behavioral Center is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA therapy) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental needs in home, school, and community settings.

Key Responsibilities
• Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision
• Deliver skill acquisition and behavior reduction interventions
• Provide services in home, school, and community settings
• Collect and record session data using electronic systems
• Participate in weekly supervision with BCBA
• Communicate progress with families/caregivers

Qualifications
• Active RBT certification (BACB required)
• Completed 40-hour RBT training
• Active Medicaid Provider Number and NPI
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and reliability
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Preferred
• 1+ year RBT experience
• Background in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, Early Childhood, or related field

Schedule
• Full-time or Part-time
• Monday–Friday (optional weekends)
• Flexible hours

Work Location
• In-person (Orlando & Kissimmee areas)
