Job Description

cian-led company focused on ethical care and meaningful outcomes-not investor pressure. If you are a "kid at heart" who loves to turn learning into a game and celebrate every small victory with genuine enthusiasm, you'll fit right in. Enjoy free advanced training, ongoing BCBA support, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact.

Your Role:
• Be a Play Leader: Work 1:1 with children in their homes. You aren't just "monitoring"-you are actively playing, moving, and engaging a child to help them meet their goals.
• Teach Through Action: Use creative, high-movement methods to teach communication, social cues, and daily living skills.
• Data & Collaboration: Collect progress data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs to ensure the child is thriving.
• Support Families: Build trust with parents through consistent, upbeat communication and in-home support.

Work Environment: This role operates exclusively in the client's home environment. You must feel comfortable working inside client homes and visiting neighborhoods within the assigned Marion territory.

What You Bring:
• The "Spark": You are naturally outgoing, energetic, and comfortable being high-energy to keep a child engaged and learning.
• Experience: 1+ year of experience working with children (daycare, camp counselor, teaching, coaching, or similar) is required.
• Reliability: You must have reliable transportation to travel to client homes in the Marion area.
• Commitment to Growth: Passing RBT Certification within 90 days of hire is required (we will help you study and cover the cost!).
• Training: Proof of completion of a 40-hour Behavior Technician training course is preferred but not required to interview.

Job Details:
• Part-time: 10-30 hours/week
• Pay: $17-$22/hr
• Benefits: PTO, professional development
