Qualifications

Responsibilities
- •Setting: School-Based (Pre-K through 12, depending on assignment)
- •Mentoring & Support: Guidance from professionals who understand the school setting
- •Provide essential support and specialized care to students in educational settings
- •From IEP meetings to direct therapy or nursing care, your role will have a lasting impact on the well-being and development of students throughout the academic year
- •Collaborate with school staff, therapists, and families to ensure students receive services tailored to their individual needs
- •Provide treatment for students with various communication disorders such as articulation, language, and fluency
- •Conduct speech and language evaluations
- •Write and implement goals and objectives for IEP’s
- •Collaborate across a multi-disciplinary team and provide classroom support
- •Work with children in variety of classroom settings and provide additional services depending on the needs of the student population
