Key Responsibilities:
• Clinical Services:
• Conduct individualized assessment and create data-driven treatment plans
• Monitor and revise programs based on data and clinical observations
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals
• Ensure timely documentation and submission of reports and authorizations
• Supervision & Training:
• Provide training and supervision to RBTs and Behavior Technicians
• Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and ethical practice
• Work with our multiple BCBA-D consultants on implementing high quality care and treatment fidelity"
