• Caseload size: 8 - 12 clients
• Billable hour expectations: 25 hours per week
Compensation & Perks (real ones):
• Base salary: $85,000 - $90,000
• Bonus structure: Up to $11,000 annually

• PTO: 15 days
• Paid Holidays: 6
• CEU support: Free access to extensive continuing education library
• Annual CEU stipend of $350 and an additional PTO day to attend courses

Responsibilities
- •Oversee clinical programming for a reasonable caseload (yes, we checked)
- •Supervise and mentor RBTs and/or BCBAs
- •Conduct assessments and write treatment plans you can stand behind ethically
- •Collaborate with families, staff, and leadership
- •Participate in ongoing training and clinical growth
- •Be treated like a professional, not a productivity robot
