What You'll Do:
• Supervise RBTs and guide individualized client programming using ABA and natural environment teaching strategies
• Develop and implement behavior and treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
• Conduct assessments and functional analyses; create data systems to drive programming decisions
• Train and support staff and families in ABA principles and strategies
• Review data regularly to adjust interventions and celebrate client progress
• Provide monthly supervision and field support per insurance requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation in Central Reach within 24 hours of sessions
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams (Speech, OT, PT) for whole-child care
• Stay current with research and maintain BCBA certification (32 CEUs every 2 years)
