Job Description
Now Hiring: Behavior Support Technicians (In-Home & Clinic-Based)
Make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with autism as they learn, grow, and thrive in their everyday environments. No prior ABA experience is necessary—we provide comprehensive paid training!
Pay & Schedule
• $500 Sign-On Bonus
• $19.25-$23.00 per hour
• Part-time role
• Enjoy a flexible schedule with opportunities to work afternoons and early evenings
Basic Requirements
• High School Diploma and one of the following:
• At least one completed college course
• Currently enrolled in a college program
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, registration & insurance
• Comfortable with local travel to client locations within a 20-40 mile radius
• Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Physical requirements include an active role with standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with children
What You'll Do
• Provide one-on-one support to children in both home and clinic settings using ABA methods (training provided!)
• Assist children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
• Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide essential services
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to ensure consistent progress
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each child
