Job Description
The entry-level Behavior Therapist position will provide you with all the training you need to be successful in the ABA therapy field, but ultimately within our company. Our paid on the job training led by our highly skilled clinicians, will help ensure your success, proficiency, and confidence. As a therapist, you will be teaching verbal, social, and educational behaviors and skills to children, teens, and young adults with Autism and/or related disabilities. We strive to support our clients in both the home and community settings, while also helping clients reach their full potential.

Qualifications:
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent or are currently enrolled in college courses.
• Must have a valid California driver's license, a personal reliable vehicle, and Auto Insurance (with your name visible on the policy as the owner or as a registered driver)
• Must have experience with technology (e.g., computer, iPad)
• Monday-Friday availability, weekend, and afternoon to evening hours (Preferred)
• Pass a Livescan background check and TB test.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• At least 2-3 Days of afternoon/evening availability M-F (3pm-8pm)

Visual acuity is necessary for reading and interpreting data, observing client behavior, and ensuring a safe environment. The role requires continuous verbal interaction and auditory communication with clients, which is essential for delivering the therapy effectively. Safety awareness and adherence to established protocols are critical to maintain a secure and hazard-free workspace.
