About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team! As a BCBA, you will be responsible for:
• Developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans
• Supervising RBTs and providing ongoing training and support
• Conducting assessments and adjusting treatment goals as needed
• Collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success
• Maintaining compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
Requirements:
• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives
