What You’ll Do
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized, data-driven treatment plans
• Design and adjust programming based on client progress and ongoing evaluation
• Provide direct and indirect supervision to RBTs, including training and performance feedback
• Support and guide families to ensure consistency and long-term success
• Collaborate with other providers and members of the treatment team
• Review and analyze data regularly to inform clinical decisions
• Complete intake assessments, reassessments, and discharge planning
• Maintain professional and ethical standards in line with BACB guidelines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
