Job Description
ting. The ideal candidate will work closely with students requiring behavioral interventions, implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as directed by supervising staff
• Provide 1:1 behavioral support to students
• Track and document student progress and behaviors accurately
• Assist in developing positive behavioral strategies
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff
• Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
Key Requirements:
• Active RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification (required)
• Experience working in school or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work consistently within a structured school schedule
