Job Description

About the position

Behavioral Health Works specializes in personalized ABA therapy for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our collaborative teams of BCBAs, supervisors, and technicians work closely with families to create treatment plans that truly fit each child.

Responsibilities
• Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans
• Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors
• Conduct FBAs, update client programs, and track progress
• Provide parent coaching and support
• Maintain quality documentation and reports
• Mentor staff and lead monthly training sessions
• Stay current with research and share best practices with the team

Requirements
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
• BCBA certification (or qualifying licensed healthcare professional)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills

Nice-to-haves
• 2+ years in Applied Behavior Analysis
• Experience developing behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans
• Previous work as a Behavior Technician or Case Supervisor
