Key Responsibilities
• Conduct initial intake assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans and obtain insurance authorizations
• Analyze data and make data-driven program adjustments
• Design and oversee data collection systems
• Provide parent/caregiver training
• Monitor client progress across various ages and functioning levels
• Supervise, train, and mentor therapists
• Conduct staff performance reviews
• Ensure documentation and billable hours meet funder requirements
Qualifications
• Master's degree in a relevant field
• BCBA or BCBA-D certification required
• Licensed Behavior Analyst in Mississippi (or eligible and willing to obtain)
• 1-3 years of clinical experience preferred; newly certified BCBAs encouraged to apply
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
