Hiring RBT's (Registered Behavior Technician)

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

What You'll Do:
• Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA

supervision across home, school, and center-based

settings
• Collect accurate session data and enter

documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each

session
• Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behavior

intervention plans (BIPs)
• Participate in the 7-day & 30-day new hire check-in

process
• Maintain professional communication with families

and report observations to supervising BCBA

What You'll Need:
• Required: High School Diploma
• Required: RBT Certification
• Preferred: Minimum of 2 years' experience working with children
• Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently under multiple demands and frequent interruptions
• Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for supporting the autism community
