Experienced, Certified, Registered Behavior Technician

Join our work-family of highly trained and dedicated professionals where we enhance the quality of life for the families, we serve by designing individualized goals specific to the needs of the family in order to decrease challenging behaviors and increase socially significant behaviors by utilizing researched based interventions.

We empower families by engaging key stakeholders in the treatment process, trainings, and implementing strategies developed by our BCBA clinical team.

Full time caseloads (8hrs per day, 5 days a week) are available immediately at our center locations (PBG; Stuart).

Orientation

1. Online Trainings

2. Administrative Process

3. Shadowing lead technician for clinical training purposes

4. 1:1 Training on client programs and treatment plan implementation

Case Load

1. Deliver client services (up to 35-40 hours/week)

2. Weekly/Monthly meetings with BCBA (30-60min/meeting)

3. Center based training on client learning activities (time frame varies)

4. Work in clinic and/or travel to clients’ homes/community (varies)

ADDITIONAL Pay Expectations:

Responsibilities

1. Client service delivery a. Travel to client homes, community setting and/or center b. Implement client learning activities c. Implement discrete trail training d. Implement social skills training e. Collect relevant data on client performance

2. Openly receive BCBA supervision a. Review client progress b. Feedback on performance c. Setting performance goals

Trial Learning

4. Attend monthly virtual professional development opportunities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $24.00 per hour
