Analysts - BCBAs a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $95,000, with up to $10,000 in bonus opportunities . Our human services team also receives these excellent benefits:

WHAT'S REQUIRED FOR OUR BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIORAL ANALYST - BCBA?
• Current BCBA certification
• Ability to collect and graph behavioral data for assessments and interventions
• Ability to write complex behavior support plans
• Strong communication skills, including intervention techniques and strategies to direct care staff and/or families
• Ability to maintain compliance with all agency policies and procedures
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills
