Position: Flexible Behavior Assistant - Path to RBT & Training
Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians in Pasco, Washington. The positions are part-time with potential for growth into full-time roles as caseloads expand.
Responsibilities include working directly with children with autism using ABA strategies, implementing treatment plans, and tracking client progress. A high school diploma is required, with preference given to candidates holding a Bachelor’s in Psychology or Education.
