Job Description
ies:
Serve as attending physician on the inpatient Internal Medicine service
Teach and mentor Internal Medicine residents and medical students
Participate as a core faculty member in the residency training program
Engage in scholarly and quality improvement projects
Contribute to curriculum development and participate in committee work as needed
Qualifications:
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
Commitment to working with an underserved and urban population
Academic Appointment:
Eligible for faculty appointment
Academic rank commensurate with experience
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary with benefits package
Continuing medical education (CME) allowance
4 weeks of vacation plus up to 10 days of CME
H1-B visa sponsorship available
