Behavior Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians employed at Key for 30 days are eligible to be enrolled in the BACB Supervision Department and accrue all required fieldwork hours at NO COST to employees. With guidance from an assigned Responsible Supervisor, students access a full curriculum created to teach all aspects of the current BACB task list, supervisor-led group supervisions offered multiple times per week, and individualized unrestricted hours assignments available for the duration of enrollment in the program.

Job Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the BCBA, the Behavior Therapist will:
• Deliver individualized ABA therapy to children ages 5 and under in home-based or community settings
• Implement developmentally appropriate teaching strategies through play and natural routines
• Accurately collect and document data on goals and behaviors
• Support families and collaborate with caregivers to generalize skills
• Ensure therapy sessions are engaging, child-focused, and developmentally sensitive
• Participate in regular supervision meetings, skills coaching, and case reviews with your BCBA
• Communicate session updates and collaborate with your clinical team to ensure high-quality, consistent care

Job Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Active RBT certification is a plus
• Minimum 3 month's experience in ABA
• Ability to lift 30 pounds and engage in active play with children
• Dependability, consistency, positive attitude and reliability to ensure the child's success.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
