Responsibilities
• Provide Early Intervention physical therapy services to infants and toddlers (birth-3) and their families in natural environments, such as homes, schools, and daycares
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote the child's developmental progress
• Collaborate with service coordinators, interdisciplinary professionals, and families to ensure comprehensive care
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to monitor the child's progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
• Communicate effectively with families, service coordinators, and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure seamless care
Requirements
• Valid New York State Physical Therapy license
• Strong clinical competence in delivering Early Intervention services
• Experience in Early Intervention is preferred
• Excellent professional judgment, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage documentation and scheduling requirements
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to collaborate effectively with families, service coordinators, and interdisciplinary professionals
Compensation and Benefits
• Hourly rate: $85.00-$93.00, commensurate with experience
• Flexible hours
