The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, creating treatment plans and providing first time or short term interventions to clients. Additionally, this role would review treatment plans that require clinical feedback, review of Behavior intervention Plans and will provide clinical consultation with network providers.Key ResponsibilitiesConducts assessment of clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and produces assessment report to include a recommendation for treatment and supervision hoursAssures clients and caregivers receive interventions regularly and offers are made to caregivers/clients to meet requirementsAttends and supports stakeholders at school IEPs/ARDs. The BCBA is responsible to provide collaboration opportunities with teaching staffSelects and delivers appropriate interventions to clients experiencing gaps in careObserves and assesses client skills and progress to inform recommendations for ongoing intervention and behavioral programmingBCBA is responsible for managing a caseload of 7-10 stakeholdersProvides continuous support, guidance and supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians and/ or Behavior TechniciansRemains compliant with BABCB requirementsCollaborates and consults with service providers on clients treatment and progressAttaining and achieving competencies in relation to role responsibilityBenefitsBenefits are offered to full time employees who work 30 hours or more a week.
