Job Description

Reliatus Behavioral Health , a premier recruiting partner for leading ABA organizations, is seeking a high-performing and dedicated BCBA to join our client’s team at their clinic in Deltona, Florida .

This role is ideal for a BCBA who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys the balance of direct clinical oversight, staff mentorship, and parent collaboration. We are looking for a clinician who is ready to invest in a team-oriented atmosphere where progress is celebrated and quality care is the standard.

As a BCBA in our Deltona clinic, you will be the driving force behind client progress and staff development. You will manage a focused caseload, ensuring that every treatment plan is data-driven and every family feels supported. Manage a standard caseload with a focus on high-quality clinical outcomes and ethical treatment.

Lead parent meetings to ensure families are active partners in their child's progress.

Provide supervision for student analyst interns in accordance with BACB standards.

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital data collection platforms and clinical documentation.

Ability to be physically active, sit on the floor, and lift up to 40 pounds to engage fully with clients.
