Essential Functions
• Introduction of all staff to new clients.
• Training staff as outlined by Manager. This includes following a training outline and utilization of corresponding data collection on staff performance during each training session.
• Communicate with the client's clinical team following a training session as outlined by Manager to share details about the appointment.
• Meet with the Manager as requested (this can be done via phone or Zoom) to discuss new staff, introductions, next week's assignments, and new staff training progress.
• Attend all assigned trainings and meetings related to this role in office or remotely on ABA skill building.
• Maintain all documentation assigned by Manager regarding current caseload and training assignments.
• Responsible for providing direct therapy hours as assigned by Manager when staff are out on extended leave or cases are on hold to ensure service hours are being fulfilled.
• Responsible for providing direct therapy hours as assigned by Manager to assess client generalization of taught skills, and generalization of achieved behavior reduction.
• Conduct training for new staff on utilization of Rethink for daily session notes.
• Review daily session notes with new staff.
• Review data collection procedures with new staff.
• Complete assessments, graphing, and data collection as assigned by Manager.
• Attend to company email and phone calls daily and respond to contacts within 24 hours.
• Maintain weekly calendar on Behavioral Framework GMAIL account by attending all scheduling training sessions and utilizing outlined communication systems for schedule changes and cancellations.
• Create and manage weekly schedule as outlined by Manager. Document and report discrepancies and barriers to scheduling.
• Assist with new hire staff training to include but is not limited to RBT skill out and competency assessment, Behavioral Framework specific in-person trainings, and RBT exam preparation.

• Ability to work cooperatively with others.
• Must be physically present at the assigned job location.
• Must comply with practice policies and procedures.
• Must have a mobile device (such as a smart phone or a tablet) to bring to work.
• Physical activities include standing for long periods of time, sitting for long periods of time, walking, bending, kneeling.
• Must be able to reach, pull, and push.
• Requires manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Salary: $50,000-$55,000

- •The Clinic Care Coordinator is responsible for supporting staff and supervisors by providing on-the-job support to Therapists and ensuring a smooth start with all new cases while providing the best quality treatment
