Responsibilities

  • Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they're looking for
  • Ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience
  • Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store including maintaining store recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises
  • Assist customers in their product selection process, guiding them to locate items, and providing solutions to their inquiries
  • Ensure an efficient and hospitable checkout process; implement proper cash handling protocols
  • Guide customers through the enrollment of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards while elaborating on the perks to enhance their understanding
  • Encourage clients to take part in Voice of Customer (VOC) surveys as a means of fostering a collaborative relationship with companies and influencing positive change
  • Assist in refining Omni channel processes, particularly in the context of Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS) executions
  • Participate in the tasks related to unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and following planograms (POGs)
  • Manage the complete range of merchandise recovery and maintenance, which includes merchandise return protocols and store recovery to ensure a well-merchandised and fully stocked retail location
  • Execute tasks related to Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and carry out associated AD duties
  • Support for shrinkage and safety projects
  • Enforce Company policies and standards by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements
  • Engage in interactions with others in an accepting and respectful fashion; stay positive and polite, even when facing difficulties; advocate for dedication to the company's vision and values; reflect a positive image and lead by example for other Team Members
  • Well-trained in Custom Framing for both selling and production purposes
  • Extra responsibilities as mandated
  • Normal motions including bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
  • Handling heavy crates and accessing lofty shelving using ladders or similar equipment
  • Public retail store setting taking care of our customers; all public areas are climate controlled; some stock rooms may not be climate controlled; some outdoor work if assigned to retrieve shopping carts or while unloading trucks; Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press; work hours include nights, weekends and early mornings
