Record of a clinical research program and strong publication record in collaborative research. Proven ability to attract and sustain national cancer research funding.   • Lead and coordinate all clinical research activities across the Rutgers Cancer Institute (RCI), including oversight of the Office of Human Research Services, clinical disease‑specific groups, shared resources, and cross‑program collaborations
