Participate in planning the Annual Scientific Retreat. Review all clinical research protocol budgets. Link basic and population science proposals to the clinical science base. Maintain quality and scientific integrity of clinical research. Develop a clinical research strategy across the service line, promote research across all hospital sites, and lead efforts to optimize trial portfolio and patient enrollment. Qualifications MD or equivalent. International recognition. Proven leadership experience supporting clinical research programs. Record of a clinical research program and strong publication record in collaborative research. Proven ability to attract and sustain national cancer research funding.
