(THIS IS A NC STATEWIDE POSITION. YOU MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL TO LOCAL OFFICES IN RALEIGH, FAYETTEVILLE, CHARLOTTE, AND/OR ASHEVILLE.)
I. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Conduct assessments, analyze and interpret data, and write evaluation reports
• Diagnose and provide treatment recommendations
• Provide post-evaluation feedback to clients
• Coordinate with clinical and intake /admission personnel to ensure timely and otherwise appropriate client access to care
• Collaborate with BCBAs on the development and oversight of client treatment planning and outcomes
• Provide training, supervision, and support for BCBAs or other direct therapy staff
• Participate in other administrative &quality improvement initiatives as needed
• Adheres to the agency's standards for quality, timeliness, and productivity
• Completes all evaluations as scheduled by the Intake and Admissions Department
II. JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB EVALUATION DOCUMENTATION
EDUCATION/KNOWLEDG/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
• Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology
• Current NC licensure
• Strong working knowledge of the principles, methods, and procedures for diagnosis and treatment of neuro-developmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Prior experience in completing evaluations for children with ASD, IDD, and other Neuro-Developmental disorders
• Training in and competence with tools such as ADOS-2, ADI-R, DISCO, CARS, or other known evidence-based tools
• Excellent communication and clinical writing skills
• Solid organizational and time management skills
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• Energetic and outgoing with a passion for ABI's mission
• Must be an excellent communicator who is accessible and able to balance the needs of clients, employees, and organizations with equal skill and thoughtfulness
• Adaptable and self-motivated with excellent communication skills
• Strong adherence to HIPPA requirements
• A reliable internet connection to input behavioral data consistently is required
• Must be willing to undergo and pass a drug screening and background checks
• Travel is required
III. PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT

Local, state and regional travel will be required from time to time.
