• Setting: One-to-one in-home ABA services
• Supervision: Ongoing support and collaboration with a BCBA
Responsibilities:
• Implement and support individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide direct ABA therapy and assist with program modification
• Collect, analyze, and review data
• Support and collaborate with caregivers
• Communicate regularly with the supervising BCBA
Requirements:
• Active BCaBA certification (required)
• Must have or be in the process of getting LaBA in the State of New Jersey
• Experience providing ABA services to children preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
• Compassionate, ethical, and family-centered approach
