Hours: 35 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver direct behavioral interventions in accordance with the student's BIP
• Monitor and document student progress and behavior
• Collaborate closely with the BCBA and other team members
• Support a positive, inclusive learning environment

Qualifications/Desired Experience:
• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working with children exhibiting intense behaviors, preferably in a school environment
• Ability to follow behavior plans and collect data accurately
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
