Job Description

Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate speech-language pathology services to patients.
Develop innovative and patient-centered treatment plans.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
Utilize critical thinking skills to evaluate patient needs and develop appropriate interventions.
Maintain patient records and other documentation.
Remain up-to-date on best practices and evidence-based treatment approaches.
Educate patients and their families on speech-language therapy.
Assist with the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
Promote team collaboration and positive work environment.
