As a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts at SPARKS, you'll not only have access to experienced local clinical leadership and support, but you'll also be part of LEARN Behaviorala collective group of ABA providers delivering collaborative care to communities from coast-to-coast. LEARN employs over 500 BCBAs and offers services in 18 states, and our average clinical leader has been with the organization for 10 years.

What You Have
• Bachelor's degree required
• Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or expected to sit for the BCaBA exam in the next three months
• Supervision hours in progress or completed (as outlined by the BACB requirements)
• Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment
• Commitment to our five values: clinical curiosity, integrity, parent partnership, client-focus, and clinical competency
What You'll Be Doing
• Provide behavior treatment by protocol to clients, as-needed
• Provide clinical direction to technicians, as-needed
• Assist behavior analysts in protocol modification, assessments, family treatment guidance, treatment planning and clinical programming
• Follow guidelines regarding time spent on non-billable activities
• Ensure data is collected and recorded with fidelity and reliability
• Complete mandatory trainings and attend required meetings
• Document services delivered accurately and timely according to company policies
• Report clinical and scheduling concerns promptly
• Adhere to all company compliance policies, written or unwritten
• Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor
