Act as a liaison with industry partners, community healthcare providers, and academic institutions to foster research growth and collaboration. Location: This position is based at a prominent medical center in Peoria, IL. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a scientific discipline. Minimum of 5 years of direct clinical research experience. At least 3 years of progressively responsible experience in a clinical or healthcare setting. Proven experience in clinical trial design, management, and oversight. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software applications. Preferred Qualifications: Masters degree in a relevant field. Experience in oncology clinical trials. Current Research Certification (e.g., ACRP, Socra, HCCA, CIP). RN licensure or over 5 years of clinical experience. Leadership or management experience in clinical research settings. Familiarity with industry standards, financial regulations, and strategic development in healthcare research. Compensation: The salary range for this position is $39.49 to $52.31 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
